@XfinityRoberto I am trying to. I no longer wish to use [Edited: "Personal Information"]. This address has been hacked so many times I have lost count. 6-8 spam messages a day.
user_13vmrq, If you’re no longer a customer, your Comcast email can stay active as long as you log in periodically. If you’d like to fully close it, you’ll need to contact Xfinity support and request that your Xfinity ID be deleted. Keep in mind, this will permanently remove all emails, and the address cannot be reused later.
