City of Ann Arbor water bill not coming through my Comcast email address.

City of Ann Arbor water bill not coming through my Comcast email address.  I do not have any blocking or filtering.  CIty of AA confirmed they have been sending quarterly epay emails.  However, I stopped receiving them in 2022 as best as I can tell combing through my old emails.  Can you help me figure this out?
