My email is my old comcast.net email which is no longer valid. How do I change this? It is greyed out and won't let me change it.

Hello j2sw. I appreciate you taking the time to ensure your contact details are updated. I know it's vital when staying informed with our accounts and services. Unfortunately at this time comcast.net email address are no longer able to be edited or changed. However, even with your comcast.net address no longer being valid you are able to update your communication email address easily in the Account and Identity page or in the Account Settings in the Xfinity app. Here is the site that offers the steps needed to make that update.
Does that allow you to make the update that you need to add a valid email address?
