Changed an email address and it will not activate the email account.
I changed one of the email addresses on my account and it won't activate the email.
I get errors such as "invalid seive credentials" and "mail server denies access"
The new system they have set up is broken.

When you say you changed an address, do you mean a secondary account address? Are you using only the webmail UI? Or a client like Thunderbird or Outlook? Something else?
