change the email screen jump that happens with cut and paste

This change was made a while back, but I am now frustrated enough to send a message.

Please please please get rid of the screen jump/scroll/back&forth-thing that now happens when you paste text into the body of an email.

It's superfluous, and does nothing but slow me down when typing emails.

Thank you very very much for this consideration.

I hope it goes away in your next round of updates or sooner.

I just tried to do a paste in an email and I'm not seeing any problems with the screen "jump/scroll/back&forth-thing".  What browser are you using?  Have you tried another browser?
