I can certainly understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you're trying to access important emails. We'd be happy to help get to the bottom of this. Can you tell us a little more about what happens when you try to sign in to your email at https://www.xfinity.com/email? For example, are you receiving an error message, or is the password simply not being accepted?
Once we're able to get you signed in to your Xfinity email account, you can then update the IMAP password in the third-party email client you're using, so it can sync properly with your account again.
