Change my account email address - Verification does not arrive.

I need to change my account email address.  The verification code never arrives.  Ever.  I have tried so many times and NOTHING.

And getting help from $FINITY?  Impossible.  Stupid AI support does not ever understand my question.

Should I just give up on ever having communication of any sort?  never again a bill...oh, see, this could be good....

Thanks again for hanging in there with my team to have the account preferences fixed. Looks like there was a hang-up on the verification link for the new email address, but we were able to resend it and get everything straightened out. Please feel free to create a new post if you ever have questions in the future.

Thanks, Thomas.  Whew, this was a lot of work.  Appreciate getting it done though!  Have a good day, all.  (Xfinity can still go kick it, though, they need to get rid of that ai junk.)
