Change all CAPS to lower case in e-mail?
Is there a way to CHANGE all CAPS to lower case as one can do in Word and other WP programs? Or just delete and re-type?
Thanks

All-------------
The Appsuite email software does not have any provision for doing what you are describing. However, you can easily use a third party application to do the job and just copy the result back into your compose window-----------------------

Toggling the CAPS LOCK or the SHIFT key doesn't work?

Using "shift" or "caps lock" only makes CAPITAL letters it does not change them to lower case. Here I TYPE IN CAPS, if I highlight and turn off "caps lock" it does not change the phrase to lower case I type in caps.
Thanks for your trying.

I'm using the Xfinity e-mail program/app as supplied from Xfinity home page.

So, you're not having the issue typing lower case, just selecting text that is in UPPER CASE and converting it to LOWER CASE. Where is this upper case text coming from?

As you've seen, this isn't like a WP program, so you would need to re-type.

Thanks for your reply after much searching I came to the conclusion that my needs could not be met within the app. I posted here on the chance that there may have been a key stoke combination that was not generally known.
As to cutting pasting ,changing etc, it's just as easy to retype the line.
Being a biblical typist I do glance at the screen and ususally catch my error in a line or two.
Thanks again
