Certain senders emails are not coming through. They come in on my other email but not comcast.

I have some new vendors I am working with and thought they were not sending me emails.  When I called and had them send to both my comcast and another email, the other email came through, not comcast.  How do I correct this so I can get emails from these people?

Hey there! Glad you reached out. Please follow the easy steps below to update your spam settings so that you are able to receive emails from your new vendors.

 

STEP 1:  Login to https://login.xfinity.com/login with your Comcast email address and password.

STEP 2:  Click on Users and Preferences.

STEP 3:  Under Email Settings, next to Spam filter, click the Edit button*.

STEP 4:  Click Disable Spam filter and click SAVE.  Then click OK to confirm.

 

That’s it! You should now immediately be able to receive email from senders who were previously having trouble reaching you.
