@ccantispam : I notice you've helped others with this

@CCAntiSpam I'm not receiving my email and it's not going into my junk folder. From what I've read possibly comcast servers are blocking this behind the scenes as spam.  Can you help me be able to receive my email that is not getting through? I've called in many times and they have no idea what to do. I have 2 to 3 email addresses that I need to get through. Let me know what you need from me. Thank you in advance

I posted here 10 months ago for help. After some back and forth, your team was able to help me out. I am having the same problem with another sender. It is not going to my junk folder and they are emailing me a security code that I must enter on their site to continue.  Can you help me?

I love seeing messages like that about us! We can certainly help with this. To research this further, please send us a private message with your first/last name and address. Some things have changed with sending us a private message since we last spoke.

 

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us: 

 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

• Click the "direct message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

 

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 

• Press Enter to send your message
