can't sign in to email. Redirects me to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information instead.

I am trying to sign in to my xfinity email account to verify a password change and I am having trouble even signing in. I can enter my username and password but but after actually logging in, it takes me to the support page for email sign on information. I just want to check my inbox.
