user_twaf1k When did the issue start with your sign in to your email? Is the issue present on both our website, and the app you are using to access the email. Can you provide me with the method you are using to log into the email as well like website or third party app like Outlook please?
They want me to sign the new terms of service. I always sign in automatically, but here, it wants me to enter my email and password. It won't accept what I fill in.

I also cannot sign into the email on the web using connect.xfinity link and cannot sign in on the app. Using the web the connection just spins and eventually takes me back to the support page. Using the app it takes me out of the app and into a browser then when I press the continue button the loading bar stalls and nothing happens.
