Emails are sent and show up in the sent folder, but they are not being delivered. This is happening from a Dell laptop using Windows 10 with Outlook 2016, a Desktop PC using Windows 7 with Outlook 2010, and an iPhone XS. Was on the phone for hours with support and was told that since the Xfinity website works - it's an Outlook issue (even though the iPhone doesn't work either and that isn't Outlook), and gave me Outlook's number to call. This just started on Sunday, but I didn't notice it until today because there are no error messages.
I saw the other forum from earlier in the year and called the Security Assurance department, but they are the ones who told me to call Outlook. The initial support told me it was a national outage and they didn't know when it was going to be fixed, and I even received a phone call later saying the issue had been resolved... but it had not.
