Can't Send Email: Policy Violation?
I'm sending emails from my desktop computer on the Xfinity Connect web site. I don't have any mobile devices, just a landline phone and a desktop computer. I don't have issues receiving emails, and I'm able to sign in to my Xfinity account without any problems. I'm not sure why I get this on the Xfinity Connect web site, but just recently, I've been getting an error no matter who I attempt to send an Email to. Can't remember the code off the top of my head, but it says something about a Policy Violation. Is Comcast havin' a brain fart with their services? This error of a policy violation when sending emails has never happened before! Hopefully this is just temporary!
