Can't see Forum answer

I went to the Forum and typed my search terms. I found a question that was the same as mine and appeared to have been answered since it was marked as "Locked." When I clicked on the message heading, I was taken back to the main support page. Same result many times.

I selected an unrelated locked question and was taken to the answer to that question. How do I see the answer to the question I have?
