can't receive email
I am an email only customer because our current account is in my wifes name. I had an account for many years and kept my email address. My email was hacked this afternoon and I contacted Comcast and we changed my password. After this I have not been able to receive any emails in my inbox since 3:36 PM. The techincal rep gave me this sight to try and correct the problem. Also, all of my inbox was deleted as well as my sent mails, but I was able to recover the inbox from my trash.
