Can't open xfinity login page

I can't open xfinity login page via my xfinity internet.
It's okay if i use data over phone. But if i connect to wifi, i can't.

I am using Performance Plus Internet.
Text msg for identity verification is significantly slowed(or just not received) as well when connected to wifi.

I live in zip 95050.
Is this because of availability here?

Exactly what happens when you try to sign in?  Are you getting any error message?  How are you accessing your email?

I only use a laptop, not phones or pads.

Often there is no place to login or when logged in no place to log out.

So far, by switching back and forth between xfinity.net or xfinity.com a place to log in or out can be found. If on one of them, switch to the other.

Sometimes I need to switch to one to log on and then switch back to the other to log off !

The whole login logout scheme on Xfinity is buggy but managable on a real computer.

When log on is impossible, what is happening is the login icon is there but it does nothing, click on it and busy icon appears and nothing happens.

When log off is impossible, what has happened there is that the log off icon has disappeared from the page, it is nowhere to be seen.

For either problem, the solution is to change the URL to xfinity.net or xfinity.com (changing to whichever one I am not on currently) and bingo the log off icon appears or the log on icon now works as it should.

Hello everyone here!
I see it has been some time since there has been activity on this thread and I wanted to check in to see if anyone here was still having trouble logging in and could use a hand?

I am having this exact issue. Was there a fix determined? I called customer service technical support and was told they have never heard of this issue.

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
