never in 25 years have i had a problem opening my email what is going on
How are you trying to get your email? through a third party app like Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple/Mac Mail, etc or going to webmail? Details help.

Hello moregan89 what are the specific issues you're encountering when trying to access your Xfinity email? Have you received an email recently regarding our transition to Yahoo Mail?
