Can’t Login or Authorize Apps

(Note: I already reset both my modem and router)

I can not login to Xfinity via the My Account app, laptop, or phone using internet. I must use cellular data to login on phone.

Also, I cannot authorize any apps (like NBC, AMC, etc) because I get the following message after I select “My provider” (attached).

Called Comcast. They were no help, sent a reset signal which did not help. I did a full reset on my own as mentioned above.

Happens on all devises using internet, laptop, phone, firestick.

What’s most troubling is I can’t with apps, which is especially buggy since I’m in a “stay home” area because of Covid 😕
