user_xi3oeg Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you aren't able to log into your email. We're here to help you sort out the email concern, so you are able to continue utilizing it. Can you share a little more information about what type of error you are receiving when you try to log in, as well as how you are accessing the email? For example, are you logging in via our webmail site or with a third party email client like Outlook?
I have tried to set my log in and password. Automated system is no help. Can't get a live person. Anything I try does not work. Corrected my password on my phone, but xfinity system will not accept that password on my tablet. The automated system has no solution for this problem. Guess my time would be better spent checking out AT@T.
Hello @user_ks7qj1. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. I am sorry to hear you are also having trouble with your Comcast.net email. I would love to assist you further with this. Please send us a direct message with your Full name and address so that we can get this resolved.
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
