Unless we have more information we can't help you resolve this. How are you trying to log in to your email account? Are you going to webmail or using a third party email app? Have you transitioned to Yahoo! Mail? Any error messages?

It sounds as though it might have been a desktop icon to log into your Xfinity account, is that right? You can also use the Xfinity app for mobile devices which works great for easy and quick account access.
