Can't log into Comcast email account

I've had my account back to the time when I used Comcast for internet services. When I switched to local broadband, I was told that I could continue using the Comcast email address. Starting this morning I can no longer log onto the Xfinity server.

I need to delete messages directly from the server or I'll go over allowed storage. This happened once before when I was traveling and panic set in. Do I need to establish a new account that is different from Comcast?

Thanks

EJ

I think you should be able to log in to the website to delete older emails that you do not need.

user_zdbr5c Has it been longer than 90 days since your last login? The email box requires for you to log in at least every 90 days for everything to stay available for access.
