How are you trying to access the email? Using only a browser and the webmail UI? Or a client like Outlook or Thunderbird? The mail app on a phone? What happens when you try to sign into the account?
Did you actually get the invitation email from Xfinity to transition to Yahoo and then do so?
user_i6a2t0 Hmm, nothing specific should have changed on the email side of things. You are not required to migrate to Yahoo, that is just an option for customers if they did want to utilize Yahoo's platform. Are you checking email through the online portal or on a desktop/mobile device?
