Can you give us more details, please? Are you getting error messages, and if so, what are they? Are you using webmail or a third party email app? Did this just start?
I am also not able to get email. Here are the details:
I use Mail as my client on an iMac running Sequoia 15.6.1. About a week ago (around 12/1/25), my mailbox for Comcast showed "offline". When I try to take it online, nothing happens. Restarting the application didn't fix it. Rebooting didn't fix it. My other mailbox attached to a gmail account works just fine. Nothing else has changed at my end. I haven't upgraded the OS in months.
I'm given the option: Not ready to upgrade? Go to your inbox. When I click on "inbox", I briefly get a login box but after a second, it returns to the page I came from. It behaves the same in Safari and Edge.
I should add that I am no longer a Comcast customer, as of Jan 2024. I was told that my comcast email would continue to work indefinitely as long as it gets used regularly. I received email on that mailbox daily but no longer send. Has the mailbox been discontinued? How can I find out?
Unfortunately, since I can't get Comcast email, I can't be notified of responses so I'll have to check in periodically.

I've tried going to the comcast website and I'm able to login. I get to this page: https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/emailMigration.
