Can’t Get ahold of anyone

I recently made an xfinity account to get a service at my new address, went through the motions, and once i confirmed everything, it said that i had to wait because my order was pending and that I would get a call. I never got one, and every time i try to log into the account it tells me that the website has crashed or there is an error. cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone as the wait times are always an hour or more and the direct messaging doesn’t work! please help!
