Can't forward, reply or create a new email

This is the second time in a few months that I'm not able to forward, reply or create a new email in Comcast email.  Anyone else having this issue?  Anyone out there who might be able to help?

Hi,

I go to my Xfinity.com and then click on the mail icon in upper right-hand corner.

I don't get a message at all.  When I click on the forward and reply icons, nothing happens.  I was able to compose this morning.

It seems to be an intermittent problem.

Thanks,

Kathy

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.

I can't reply right now and it was working!  Funny that my niece called Comcast about getting my bill reduced only a few hours ago and now this!  I wonder if they do it on purpose and at this pont I am ready to get one of the other providers.

How are you accessing the email?  Exactly what happens when you try to send a message?  Are you getting any error message?

If you mean just one email, in the header click on the arrow icon that points to the right.
