The email password (for POP, IMAP, and SMTP) is the same as the password you use to log in to a Comcast/Xfinity web page or app. To reset it, see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/changing-or-resetting-your-password. If you change it online you'll also have to update it on any devices, apps, and programs (email, Xfinity app. etc.) that use it.

Hello @hkutner, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your password. The password you would enter is your password for your email. If you are getting an error, then you will need to go to the Xfinity site and try logging into your account. If it gives you an error there, then you will need to reset your password by clicking forgot password. Thank you @BruceW
