Can't Find Emails [Edited]

Good afternoon user_i1fw5w. I would be happy to assist you further. I do just have a few questions to better understand. How are you accessing your emails? Are you going directly to xfinity.com? Or are you using another application like Outlook, Mail for Apple, or Mail for Android, etc.? Are you missing all of your emails, or just specific ones?

I'm in the Xfinity portal for email.  My InBox shows 103 emails, but when I hover over InBox it shows all 3044 emails.  How do I access the 3044 emails directly in the Xfinity portal?
