Can't check comcast.net email - all links redirect to Discovery Hub page

I am a current xfinity customer, and I am trying to access my comcast.net email.  Once log in, I click the purple user icon in the top right, click on check email, and then I can see it tries to go to https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/ but that is quickly redirected to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/ where I see the message "Welcome to Xfinity Connect. We  are now loading your email" with a spinner, which then redirects to https://www.xfinity.com/hub/?cid=cust ... which is Discovery Hub page again.

I'm a software developer, so in my debugging process:

Browsers: I've tried on the latest versions of Safari, Firefox, Brave, and Chrome... and on mobile I've tried Safari and Chrome on IPhone and Android - all do the exact same thing.  I've deleted cookies and cache, made sure I'm signed out, and tried in private/incognito tabs.

Devices: Tried on desktop Mac and Windows machines, MacBookPro, Chromebook, and iPad. No luck. I'm not sure if there's a permissions issue or what, but watching the network tab in my Chrome Dev tools shows this:

anyone? anyone?

@ejcaman

[Yeah, I know.]  Clear your cache and cookies, and close your browser and restart it.  And then go to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite

You will have to log in, and hopefully you won't be thrust into that infernal loop.

Also, if you're logged into here, you should be able to go to email from here using the URL above.

No luck. Just keeps looping, and now emails to my comcast.net are coming back returned, with "

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.1.1 Not our Customer"

so...that's fun.

What email client are you using?

If you're signed in here with your comcast.net email address you should be able to get to email from here.

My email has been doing this for the last two weeks. It would load the discovery hub, then the icon for email is not there or it does not load the hub and has an error. What happened? I can access it on my phone or tablet, but not in the PC.

Hello, and thank you for reaching out with your email issue @user_zgvs82. I would be happy to help with your email issue you are having. Do you use a 3rd party email client to get to your comcast email, or do you use the website?
