Can’t call to cancel my plan

Hi, I am currently outside the United States and have returned to China, so I am unable to call the Xfinity U.S. customer service number or receive a callback on a U.S. phone number.

I would like to cancel my Xfinity Internet service. Could you please help me process the cancellation online?

let me know if there is anything else I need to do to fully close the account.
