Can't add Comcast email account to Apple Mail on my MacBook

I deleted both my iPhone and MacBook mail accounts to re-add them and hopefully correct syncing problem. I was able to add back my email account on my iPhone but only my my inbox reloaded and now when I try to add my account to my MacBook, it says the password is not correct when I just used the password with no problem on my phone. I've tried toggling off the 3rd party app setting off and on but didn't correct the problem. Please help; very frustrated over here.
