Can't access xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net

I can't access https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net. It simply redirects me to https://www.xfinity.com/hub/?cid=cust. It doesn't matter what browser or settings I'm using. I'm logged in with my Xfinity account.

Try https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/

So, if you click on that link here it just goes back to the hub?

Try clearing your cache and cookies.

Hi there, @user_3bee34 Thank you so much for taking the time out of your night to chat with me regarding the inconvenience you are experiencing with your email address. I know frustrating this is for you, please be assured, I'll get you taken care of. On your computer, go to your browser settings and clear out any cookies for xfinity.com.  Then close your browser and re-open it and go back to email.  You will have to sign in again.-Richard
