Can't access my Xfinity Email

When I go to xfinity.com, log in, then click on check email, it redirects me to the home page. This is across three devices, computer, laptop, and phone and two browsers, opera and chrome. Anyone have any helpful fixes? The automates service bot has been no help, and all of the articles I've referenced have not helped. 

I was forced to change my account password recently due to inactivity.

user_8c6fkj Thanks for creating a post. I would also try a private or incognito web page. That will not save your cookies and treat it like a fresh browser to see if there is anything that could be causing the loop.

@XfinityThomasD​ I just tried that, and it's still giving me the same issue. Anything else you can think to try?
