Can't access my comcast mail box.

I can't access my Comcast access.  It simply redirects me to the xifinity.com home page. I tried it on different laptops and cell phones. I have cleared the cache and cookies. Using my Gmail, I tried to send myself a message and it bounced back saying my email address was not found. It's a big issue since comcast has been sending me communication on that email.

Have you tried different browsers?

I have tried on Chrome, Edge, and Safari.
