I had to reset my phone the other day and thought well it's been quiet today, maybe ad and spamming emails have the day off, turned out I forget to add my emails back into the email client! I hope that you are not missing anything vital. When you access your email are you using xfinity.com or a email client? I would love to help figure out the issue for us.
