Can’t access email

Hello, my husband hasn’t been able to get his comcast.net email for two days. After it says “we are loading your email,”  It says: “Webpage not available.” “The webpage Could not be loaded because:  net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET”. It only occurs when he goes to the xfinity website on his xfinity mobile phone. He can get it on his email on his computer. Can you please help? Thank you.
