can't access email

I cannot access my Xfinity Email.  Every time I login and click on mail, the Xfinity Connect loading page briefly comes up and then kicks me back to the Xfinity homepage.  I have tried on multiple devices, pc's, and browsers.  When I login to my work's Xfinity account on the same devices xfinity connect works just fine.

Good luck finding an answer or getting any help from Xfinity on this.  I have this issue, including a trouble ticket.  You sign in, you click on the email icon, the browser says "we are loading your email" and right back to the home screen you go.  I have seen many posts in the support forums from customers, and the only responses are "clear your cache".

They promised to get back to me and did not - not even a callback to say we are still working on it.  I bet they emailed me to tell me they're working on it, but since I can't see my email....lol

Well going through 4 hours of back and forth through private message ended with...."Did you try clearing your cache?"  I was hoping you wouldn't be right, but here we are.

Usually this problem is associated with your browser.  However that appears not to be the case from what both of you have indicated so far.  So I'm escalating this thread to the forum admins for follow-up.  You should see a response from an employee here in this thread.

Hello, @Xann. I'm sorry to hear you're unable to access your email. We know how important it is to always be able to review you inbox folder.

In order to get started can you please send me a private message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?

Hi, @user_b831ff and @user_e31c9a. Thanks for posting! Which browsers are each of you using?

This problem obviously has not been resolved.  I am having this issue.  Have been a customer since 11/2021 and have never been able to access my email or my account.  I can get to homepage but clicking on email only gets me back to homepage and clicking on my account gets me an error message.  Very frustrating.  People complain about pricing at direct tv but I will tell you I never had trouble getting help with issues when I was with them.

Hi user_5e992f, have you tried accessing your mail via a different browser? Are you signed into your Xfinity account before clicking the Mail icon?

I no longer work for Comcast.

I have the same problem.  They gave me a CR----- number about two weeks ago.  But I have heard nothing, and still have the same problem.

I've been having this same issue for over a month and have not received any assistance.  I've called and when I received a call back the individual wouldn't assist me with the email issue, but confirmed a technician would come for a different issue I was having.  How can we all lose access to our email and there not be an answer?

All ~

Please try to access webmail again using the envelope icon from Xfinity.com.

@user_b831ff please send me a direct message with the email address you are experiencing an issue with as I could not determine the correct one.

@XfinityGabrielS Whatever you did fixed the issue.  The email account is now accessible.  All previous emails are gone, looks like it got wiped clean, but I didn't need any old emails from it anyway.
