Do you receive an error when you attempt to access it? Please let us know.
I also have no access to my email. I moved 6 years ago to an area that does not have Xfinity services so I had to give up my account. I did retain my email address and until a week or so ago was abler to access via xfinity website. Now I cannot, I dont like to use my phone for email as it is cramped and small and my eyesite isn't what it use to be. Can anyone help me get back to my email on my compter? I have some important things stored.
