Can't Access Email - Account Redirected to main page after seeing the 'We are loading your email' page
I need to check my email, but I cant access the email app. I've tried multiple browsers and cleared my cache.
When I select the email button, I am redirected to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/ which shows a message 'We are loading your email.' Shortly after seeing this message I am redirected back to the home page and I'm stuck in a loop trying to get to my email.
I've seen comcast helpers on this site adjust settings for a given account to fix this issue, please help!

If you haven't already try clearing your cache and cookies. Also, try using a different browser.

Hello @Dwigr and thank you for bringing this concern regarding accessing your Xfinity Email to our attention here at the Xfinity Community Forums. I appreciate you letting us know you have cleared cache and cookies and also attempted other browsers as @Again suggested.
Just to clarify, have you ever been able to access your Comcast.net email address account via this method? If so, how long ago was it that you accessed it?

I am having this same issue. I've always had access to the Comcast.net email but haven't ever tried with the new xfinity page
