can't use comcast email on this computer

We can't help you unless you give us more details.

How are you trying to access your email? through the website or a third party email app like Outlook,Thunderbird, or Apple/Mac mail?
Are you getting any error messages, and if so what are they?
Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail? you'll need to login here: https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.
If you're a new Comcast customer, you won't have a comcast.net email address.

Hello, user_pw9j4! Can you share alittle more details about the steps you're taking and what is happening? Are you able to access your Comcast email on other devices? Thank you, @Again for helping the community!
