Can't access comcast email, redirects to the home page.

When clicking on the email link on Xfinity home page, the page redirects back to home page instead of opening emails.  The address bar shows the following before redirecting back to the home page:  connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#xfFailureCount=1

I have tried:
Chrome

Edge

Incognito Mode

Clearing cache and cookies

Can you please advise on alternate methods for accessing comcast email? Other users have mentioned accessing via their phone but I can't find an option to access on mobile. Looks like the Xfinity Connect app was removed from the app store. I need into this email account ASAP.

Just for kicks, I tried it on firefox in linux (snap firefox 103.0.2-1).  Took quite a while to ride the links for auth/login but it worked eventually.  Midwest region -- I'd guess it matters where you are logging in from.

Another way, instead of the email link on xfinity.com, try the sign in link first, then click the email icon.  See if it can ride the link to appsuite without going through "oauth" in the middle.  Another odd thing?  Sign in link is https://customer.xfinity.com/?beta=1  -- they might be working on it or changing something currently.

I'd say use a 3rd party app/program to check your mail, and that might be a backup option for the future, but you have to log into your email first, go into account options and select allow 3rd party email access to get it to work, so that's very little help to you now.  Thunderbird is a popular free multi-OS mail program.  Perhaps install that as a backup in the future when it works: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/third-party-email-access

Hi, @user_7f8d57. Thank you for reaching out and letting us know what is going on. It's certainly odd this continues to occur on every browser you try. I was able to access the link on my end, and I also found we don't have any known issues regarding this matter. Have you been able to access this link and your email before, or has this always occurred? Do you have your email set-up with any third party clients like Microsoft Outlook by any chance?
