Can't access 2 of my 3 comcast emails

I noticed this week I stopped getting emails in 2 of 3 of  my email accounts. First i noticed on my iphone then i went to the xfinity login page on safari and also chrome browsers and i am only able to see and get emails from my main email. The other 2 say "The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider"  It gives me an option to edit them But don't know what to edit to. This is rediculous because these 2 emails I can't access are for business. Help Please! The chat bot is no help. Tried that and cant find anywhere to chat or speak with a human

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
