Cannot sign into xfinity email

Hello,

Ive been trying to sign in to my xfinity email for a few weeks now and have had no luck. I seem to get stuck on a page that says something like “loading your xfinity email” and then it just redirects me to this page: https://www.xfinity.com/hub?cid=cust 

Ive tried clearing my history and cache, using different devices, changing my password, and trying to sign in though a third party service like apple mail and have had no luck.

I really need to get into my email because I have accounts that are attached to it for 2fa. 

Also, when I try to add a tag to this post it crashes and makes me type this out again so that’s another issue that you might want to be aware of.

Hi! Thank you so for taking the time to contact us about your email concerns. Once you are redirected are you still logged in to your account? 

Are you able to click the Account icon Account icon. in the screen’s top-right corner and select Check Email?

Thank you so much for that link!  For some reason, today when I tried to sign in it would take my email, stall for a minute w/spinning circle, then say "something went wrong, try again" - but I couldn't get any farther.  Your link worked to let me sign in! Thank you!!!

@Again​ I don't know.  I have just received a web address (https://connect.xfinity.com) that I have never seen before.  I will try it and use it if it can be placed on my desk top.  This whole setup still sucks.  Not professional.

The only way to sign in to Xfinity email, that i've experienced since Xfinity web-engineers have broken the User Interface, is to use Xfinity AI Assistant, and ask to "Access Email".  That's how I'm getting into my email at the moment.  Without that, I would be totally blocked out of my email via my Desktop Windows OS. Doesn't Xfinity have anyone (a manager perhaps), who is responsible for code check-ins?  You cannot do this to your customers and survive! Will someone please FIX the XFinity UI access to Xfinity EMAIL!!!

Hello, @UnexpectedGrit! Thanks for leaving a comment with your shared concerns. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had, and I'd love to see what we can do to help! Did you happen to see and/or try the link shared by our Expert, "Again", a few months ago (August 12th)? When clicking it now, and logging in with my Xfinity ID and password, it took me right into my Comcast email account. This should work for you, too! Here's the link again in case you need it: https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite. Let us know if this helps! And you're in good hand with our Digital Care Team because we'll always do whatever we can to review and resolve issues quickly :)
