Cannot setup Comcast email on Outlook app with new Samsung S25 (Android)
My non-comcast email works just fine, but the Comcast.net email account does not work at all within the Outlook app. The password is correct, and yes I already reinstalled the Outlook app. The settings are what is listed on the outlook setup page, however, they don't give you an option of choosing SSL or TLS, it's just a combination.
- Incoming Mail Server: imap.comcast.net (Port 993, SSL/TLS enabled)
- Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.comcast.net (Port 587, SSL/TLS enabled)
It spins for a while and then says "unable to login". It works within the Android browser, and it works on my desktop computer.

You also want to make sure that you have enabled third party email access. This link will provide the directions on how to do so. Was this issue resolved for bigblockelectra? I am having the same issue on a new Galaxy S25. I have my desktop Outlook connecting using POP3. The S25 will not connect with POP3 or IMAP.
