cannot send email from phone, MacBook or xfinity directly but can receive them

I had to change my password a few days ago; just tried to send an email for the first time and it won't send.  I get a message saying cannot send message from server Comcast and it says the server is offline.  I can receive emails just fine.

user_nld1kv Can you please try clearing cache/cookies, and let us know if that works? Also, are you receiving an error message or code as well?

Same problem on my iPhone, iPad, and MAC.  Since you forced me to change my Xfinity password I can receive emails on these devices but am unable to send.  This is clearly your problem since other users have the same problem using Outlook.
