Hi there, user_019916! Thanks for reaching out through our community forums! I'm sorry to see your having issues getting your email address to work with Outlook. I'd first recommend confirming that you are able to log into your comcast.net email through the Xfinity website. If you're able to log in, the next step would be to check and possibly reset your settings in Outlook. You can find instructions for those settings along with troubleshooting steps here.
