cannot re-activate inactive Comcast email

I hadn't logged into my old Comcast email account in over 12 months so it's now "inactive" it says "you can re-activate by accessing your email" however when I try to the page just gets stuck in a loop continuously reloading. I'm trying reset my password on a different website and the password reset link is sent my old "inactive" Comcast email address. hence why I'm needing to re-activate it but it's not working. I've tried numerous different devices and browsers and the same reload loop happens every time. my other Comcast email accounts load just fine

@iser_ri4px9 Hello, If you have accessed your email using the Xfinity Email website in the 90 days prior to disconnecting your service, you continue to have access to your email account. If you haven't accessed your email within those 90 days, you will no longer have access to your email.

@XfinityVictor so why does it literally say in numerous places that even after being deactivated for inactivity it can easily be re-activated simply by logging into it?

@user_ri4px9 Are you trying to activate the email on a laptop, or mobile device?
