Cannot open attachments

Hi,

 the last few months, I have not been able to click on an attachment and open it. 

Also, when I attach something to a letter, I cannot review it as it will not open.

What happens when you try?  Are you getting any error messages?  Do you have an associated app that will open the attachments?

Also, when I attach something to a letter, I cannot review it as it will not open.

This is now by design.

Rather than ditching Xfinity Connect, have you considered using a desktop email client?  You have more control over your email using a client.

I don't like the new design. I like to double check my attachments before I send it off.

 

Nothing happens when I click on the attachments sent to me. I think I'm gonna scrap Xfinity email. Their upgrades are down grades. They should have left it just the way it was.

Your last reply misses the point. With comcast as the email server why should we need an additional process?
