Cannot navigate to any comcast.net inbox

I'm trying to access my comcast.net email. Every time I click "Check Email" under the Account right-nav, it takes me to this page: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/how-to-access-email-account. There is an ongoing circular loop without actually taking me to my inbox. I know comcast.net emails are migrating to Yahoo!, but mine isn't active there.

This often happens when a browser gets stuck on a "cached" redirect. To get back into your email, please try these quick steps:

  • Direct Link: Bypass the side menu and go directly to https://www.google.com/search?q=connect.xfinity.com.

  • Private Browsing: Open an Incognito or Private window to see if you can log in there; if it works, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies should fix the main issue.

  • Verification: Ensure you are signing in with your full Xfinity ID, as the Yahoo! migration is rolling out in phases.
