Cannot login to email anymore
I keep trying to login to my email and it won’t work. I login to Xfinity and i go to my account and click check email. A screen pops up saying “we are loading your email” and it just keeps refreshing over and over again but never actually loads it. I read someone else had this issue and a tech or someone said their email had been disabled and they undisabled it and it worked again. Please help!!!!!!

Good Evening @user_304s5v Sorry to hear that email isn't working. Have you tried accessing Xfinity My Account via a different browser, and/or clearing cache/cookie data via your browser settings, then signing in again?
